How long we keep data

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Support requests are retained for up to 3 years for quality and training purposes. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized after 14 months.

Deletion

You can request full deletion of your data at any time via /delete-account. Backups containing deleted data are purged within 90 days.
