License

VibeCode Creations grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Hilal Tracker on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or use the app to violate any applicable law, infringe on others' rights, or disrupt the service for other users.

User content

Content you submit within Hilal Tracker remains yours. You grant VibeCode Creations a license to store and process it solely to provide the app's features.

Disclaimer of warranties

Hilal Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

VibeCode Creations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Hilal Tracker, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
